Riverside Hockey Club is thrilled to announce the rebranded Rhino-Turf Elite Club Challenge (#RhinoTurfECC), set to take place from 17–20 July 2025 at our home ground in Durban North. This is more than just a tournament. It’s a movement.

Since its inception over a decade ago at Riverside, the ECC has stood for unity, grit, and high-stakes hockey. A tournament built not just on talent, but on collective strength, where teams rise together, and the badge on your chest means everything.
The 2025 edition will feature a fast-format competition, action-packed across four days, with South Africa’s best men’s and women’s club teams battling it out on the 2 Riverside Turfs. Every match will be live-streamed via Supersport Schools, amplifying the tournament’s reach and showcasing club hockey on a national stage.
