Two Leagues. Six Weeks. The renowned Riverside Social 7s Mixed Hockey League caters to a variety of ages, skills, and social levels, the league offers a limited number of team slots across 5 different leagues.

Friday Evenings – November 7, 14, 21
Turf 1 & 2 – 16:30 PM to 20:30 PM
Divisions & Time Slots:
- Rock Star 7s: 16:30 – 18:00
- Silly 7s: 16:30 – 18:30
- Super 7s: 18:30 – 20:30
- High School 7s: 19:00 – 20:30
(Times are approximate and may change slightly.)
Format & Rules:
- ¼ field per game
- 7 players on the pitch at any time
- 3 girls / 4 boys OR 4 girls / 3 boys
- 8 players per team
- Only girls can score
- No goalkeepers
- No hitting, no overheads

- ½ field per game
- 7 players on the pitch (at any time)
- Team composition: 4 ladies / 3 men OR 3 ladies / 4 men
- 7–10 players per team
- Only ladies can score
- No goalkeepers
- No hitting, no overheads
